Datuk Mohamad Shah bin Yahya
Non-Independent Director
Datuk Mohamad Shah Yahya is a Malaysian, aged 62. He has over 40 years of experience in various industries including Food & Beverage, Agriculture and Transportation.
He received his early education at Mara Institute of Technology (ITM) and further his study in Rome, Italy in the 80’s. Upon graduation he decided to enrol into an Apprenticeship and Management Trainee Programme in Switzerland. With over 30 years of experience in management locally and internationally, Datuk Mohamad Shah has been appointed as a General Manager at Aspirasi Teras Sdn Bhd and be part of Federal Ministries (Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industries and Ministry of Transport).
Datuk Mohamad Shah Yahya is currently the Executive Chairman of EQvest (M) Sdn Bhd overseeing the company’s business development and operations.
Hamzarul Hazmir bin Hamdan

Hamzarul Hazmir Hamdan received his early education at the Royal Military College, Sg Besi, Malaysia, holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Missouri Rolla, USA and a General Management Program (GMP) from Harvard Business School, Boston MA, USA. He has vast experience across multiple industries including Construction, Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy and Healthcare for the past 20 years.
Hamzarul began his career in 2001 with an Engineering Consultancy firm as a project engineer working for well-known players in the local construction industry before joining Favelle Favco Group (a member of Muhibbah Engineering (M) Bhd) in 2005 where he was attached to three different subsidiaries and held key managerial roles in Project Management, Business Development and After Sales & Equipment Services in the Construction, Marine, Heavy and Oil & Gas Industries for local and international (Europe, Middle East, SEA and Australia) markets.
He is currently the Executive Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of RH Consortium Sdn. Bhd. overseeing the group’s operations and businesses in the Construction and Real Estate Development. He is also serving as a Director (Regulatory and Corporate Affairs) at Onetexx Sdn. Bhd. (a member of One Glove Group).
Muhammad Nazmi bin Muhammad Faizal
Non-Independent Director
Muhammad Nazmi Muhammad Faizal is a Malaysian, aged 29. He is an avid for engineering technologies and works. He completed his study in an automotive engineering at TOC Automotive College (TOC).
Upon his graduation, he began his career with a local company, develops and maintains an Automated Fare Collection System Services for rail operators. His stint in this company exposes him into automation and mechatronic technologies. With over 6 years’ of involvement in rail industry, he saw other opportunities and interested to be part of RA Integration Links Sdn Bhd which its core is to provide integrated engineering solutions and services for rail industry.
Muhammad Nazmi Muhammad Faizal is committed to build RAILSB into becoming a world class integrated engineering bumiputera company with merit-based competency addressing the rail industry locally or internationally.
