Trains and Rail transport has been in Malaysia for 150 years and has seen growth of local economies beyond the national capital. Equipping our national talent pool with the necessary skills is the utmost importance as it provides employment, social stability and national economic growth.

New technologies and advancement of tools, trains and data analysis requires upskilling current talent and raising the standards of TVET education so that the next generation of local rail expertise are up to date and on par with the global standard.

RA Integration Links while focusing in delivering a satisfactory quality of service, at its core belief is the mission of giving back to the society. Reinvesting profits into nation building initiatives such as micro-credentials, on the job training and work based learning into the future generation, helps fuel a more resilient, skilled and competitive local rail workforce. RAILSB belief that this is their role in the future of Malaysian rail transport.

 

RA Integration Links also sets their eye on bigger goals, that is to produce Malaysian made trains. Malaysia has the capacity, the expertise and platforms to achieve this.
